Chantal's hulled tahini is made by grinding sesame seeds that have had their outer husks removed to give a smooth, creamy texture and bitter sweet taste. It’s great on its own as a spread, and it makes a nutrient rich addition to dips and smoothies.
A very versatile tahini with a mild flavour that is lightly nutty with a hint of sweetness. Use in cooking, baking, smoothies, dressings, dips, sauces, in Middle Eastern or Asian dishes, as a spread on toast/crackers or eating by the spoonful, this tahini is a treat in itself.
