Arrowroot - Japanese Kuzu Starch (organic) - 100g
Organically grown Kuzu root has been carefully mashed, cleaned and filtered to remove the inedible fibres. It then goes through a meticulous drying process. An important food in macrobiotic cooking, Kuzu was traditionally used in Asian cultures for medicinal purposes. It’s mild taste, translucent sheen, and jelling properties make it awesome for desserts, sauces, soups or broths.
Before use, crush with the back of a spoon. Dissolve in cold liquid before adding to anything hot. Stir constantly when heating until liquid becomes clear.
