How to Use Cacao Beans
Eat 3-5 beans for an energy boost. Blend in with your daily smoothie or crush and use in a range of cuisine. Add to your guacamole: crush 14 beans well - mix with 2 mashed avocardos, a finely chopped tomato, spring onions, fresh chilli, a squeeze of lemon juice and a pinch of salt ... experience bliss!!
